Why did you choose this competitive market?

That is defititely the passion for helping people. Improving an organization is helping all people, that are involved in it. Many people in this industry are scammers, that make promises and never fulfill them.

Which lesson have you learnt outside of business, that you use for business everyday?

During my time as a soccer coach for a youth team, I have learnt leadership. And I have learnt from other coaches, how bad leadership can ruin morale, will, and hinders performance. It also taught me, how to handle gen-z. These are the reasons for the success of my first organization too.

You often speak about abandoning tradition, what makes you follow that approach?

That is because of my first organization, that was led very traditionally before I took over. You could find everything from outdated structures to outdated manegement style. A modernisation, together with with the Co-CEO and wishes of the whole team, improved the company on all stages. And the same underperformance can be found in almost all traditionally led companies.
